Dear Ones,

I imagine that like me, you are deeply saddened by current events, perhaps overwhelmed with the intensity and what seems like insanity of this time. Maybe you have been in isolation without human interaction or alternately crowded into spaces with not many places to find solitude. You may be feeling fatigue and despair or you may have tapped into the depth of your compassion. You may be energized by the challenges and strengthened by this slower time.

No matter what is happening for you, I want to support you in being regulated, resourced and connected. I want to share with you about an upcoming BRAND NEW course that I designed to support you in feeling alive, on purpose and able to meet these times with Grace.
